Set appointments for AE’s & CRO and track metrics and performance against set targets.
Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects.
Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing and CRM tools.

Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role.
Experience working in Financial Services, RegTech, Compliance, or Fintech and selling to those clientele.
A desire to make money for Skematic and themselves;
A track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
Self-starter mentality with an ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
