About this role
Role Overview
Develop and scale demand campaigns for the North American market across Paid Search (Google/Bing), LinkedIn, Meta, and niche Newsletters.
Build and manage outbound email engines leveraging intent data sources.
Own marketing automation within HubSpot Enterprise.
Create and manage demand gen budgets.
Track MQLs, SQLs, and Cost/MQL and find trends that others miss.
Partner with the team to A/B test landing pages and ad copy.
Constantly identify and test new channels.
Requirements
4–7 years in Demand Gen or Growth, specifically within the U.S. B2B SaaS ecosystem.
A history of long-term commitment at your previous roles.
Native fluency in conversion math and ROAS.
Deep experience with HubSpot (CRM & Automation), SEM platforms, Paid Social, and Excel.
Experience with intent data (6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a huge plus.
Excel in an asynchronous environment.
Ability to build landing pages that solve HR Director's problems.
