Lead efforts to expand our client footprint in key markets, particularly in New York and Pennsylvania.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development activities with lead generation and sales strategies.
Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring that our client delivers on its promise to streamline the Medicaid process and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain a deep understanding of Medicaid regulations, eligibility requirements, and home care industry standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.
Track and report on business development performance, key metrics, and progress towards targets.
Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, particularly in New York and Pennsylvania.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in Medicaid, home care services, or health plan management is highly preferred.
Track record of securing new business, driving growth, and establishing long-term partnerships, particularly in the healthcare and Medicaid space.
Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility and enrollment processes, home care services, and health plan operations.
Skilled in negotiating and closing high-value contracts with healthcare organizations, home care agencies, and other key partners.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas in a clear, compelling manner.
Familiarity with CRM tools, business development platforms, and data analytics software.
