Provide oversight for multiple practices to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, quality outcomes, and contractual performance.
Own regional performance metrics including productivity, quality, client satisfaction, and margin.
Partner with Practice and Site Leaders to identify performance gaps, implement action plans, and sustain improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate responsibility standards.
Lead, coach, and develop Practice Directors and site-level leaders.
Model and reinforce The Ensemble Difference by consistently demonstrating integrity, accountability, and respect.
Act as a regional ambassador to clients, ensuring trust, transparency, and responsiveness.
Drive operational innovation and best-practice sharing across practices.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or multi-site management.
Demonstrated success leading multiple locations or practices with full P&L accountability.
Proven ability to lead through influence, ambiguity, and change.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
Willingness and ability to meet extensive travel expectations.
