Role Overview
- servicing a book of business and working with clients to answer policy questions
- updating account changes
- assisting with premium collections
- fielding phone calls
- working within our Agency Management System, EPIC and INDIO to create marketing submissions, proposals, Binders, and Certificate of Insurance
Requirements
- some commercial insurance experience
- active IL Property & Casualty license required
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong work ethic
- close attention to detail
- strong organizational skills
- excellent computer skills
- ability to work independently and with a team
- experience using the EPIC system is preferred
