Role Overview
- Servicing a Commercial P&C Renewal book of business for our existing clients.
- Working within our Agency Management System, EPIC and INDIO.
- Creating marketing submissions, proposals, Binders, and Certificate of Insurance.
- Working with clients to answer policy questions, update account changes, assist with premium collections, fielding phone calls, and more.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ of insurance account manager experience
- active CA Property & Casualty license
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong work ethic and close attention to detail
- flexibility
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work with a team or independently
- excellent computer skills
- experience using the EPIC system is preferred
