6+ years of experience in IT services as a System Analyst or Business Analyst
3+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements for reporting or data driven applications
Familiarity with mainframe systems (IMS, COBOL files, JCL, batch processes)
5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
3+ years of understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
2+ years of ability to interpret data models, data dictionaries, and technical documentation
2+ years of knowledge of database structures and theories
2+ years of knowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies
2+ years of knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations (PII) relevant to data management
2+ years experience in working in fast-paced environments with critical decision-making skills.
2 years of skill in interpersonal relationships and negotiation among multiple parties.
