About this role
Role Overview
Independently manage a set of North American accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify and qualify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within your assigned accounts to hit quarterly targets
Manage full sales cycle of Liferay Products and Services, collaborating with the sales ecosystem including internal teams and channel partners
Manage the renewal process end-to-end, identifying potential churn risks early and working with the team to mitigate them
Act as the bridge between the customer and our internal technical teams to ensure technical roadblocks are cleared quickly
Requirements
Strong experience in Pre-sales, Sales or account management, within the enterprise software industry
Comfortable discussing software features, enterprise architecture, and implementation timelines with technical stakeholders
Exceptional ability to present business value of complex enterprise technology
A strong understanding of the Liferay DXP platform and how it delivers value to enterprise users
Previous experience in a sales engineering, or consulting role is a major plus
Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks and accounts with minimal daily supervision
