Role Overview
- Manage employment law matters for Vantor
- Provide substantive advice on a wide variety of employment law areas
- Manage litigation matters covering commercial, regulatory, and employment topics
- Help assess, manage, and resolve disputes
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic plans
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction and in good standing with the Bar
- Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, including at least 4 years with employment law
- Experience managing complex commercial litigation and/or employment class action cases
- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong legal reasoning and drafting skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complicated legal issues concisely to clients
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
