Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full cycle of company "plumbing"—from AP/AR and vendor relationships to cash management and regulatory filings.
Systemize & Automate: If you have to do a task twice, you should be thinking about how to automate it. You’ll optimize our tech stack to keep us lean.
Operational Curiosity: Go beyond the spreadsheet. You’ll collaborate across departments to understand how a sale becomes revenue and how an expense becomes growth.
Audit & Compliance: Interface with regulators and external partners, ensuring we are always "audit-ready" without the last-minute scramble.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit (Big 4 experience is a plus, but not required)
Alternatively, 4+ years of managing AP/AR operations in a small or medium business
Strong proficiency in Excel or GSheets
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks), A/P software (Rippling) a plus
Understanding of the insurance industry a plus
