Requirements
8+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a high-growth tech startup (Series C through Post-IPO preferred)
You are a 'data junkie' who can model complex equity scenarios and budget impact with ease
Familiarity with international labor markets and benefit nuances outside the US
You can distill complex data into a simple narrative and creatively engage stakeholders
Experience with our key tools (or similar), including Pave, Radford, Ashby and Rippling
You enjoy keeping tabs on how the market is evolving and ensuring our strategy is up to date
