Requirements
2+ years in a closing role at a B2B SaaS or marketplace startup
Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Experience selling into startups, tech companies, or the recruiting/HR space is a strong plus
Comfortable with fast sales cycles and a consultative selling approach
Excellent communicator who can articulate complex value propositions simply
