Collaborate to win by working cross-functionally to tailor Finch’s solutions, refine messaging, and feed real client feedback into our roadmap.
Represent Finch externally, attending legal tech events and industry conferences to showcase how we’re redefining how law firms work.
Requirements
Have 5-7 years in a client-facing, outbound sales or BD role.
Are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Are curious and eager to learn about legal tech and how law firms operate.
Have resilience and grit—comfortable hearing "no" and iterating fast.
Thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and want to grow quickly.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Proven experience in a closing sales role, with a strong track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
