Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience building recruiting workflows using AI tools
- Strong proficiency with modern ATS platforms
- Experience recruiting across technical functions and commercial roles
- Ability to build and maintain recruiting metrics that drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and influence skills
