About this role
Role Overview
Own and optimize our Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystem
Build AI-driven automations across the revenue cycle
Integrate and maintain GTM tools and identify opportunities to streamline workflows
Ensure seamless data flow between Sales and Marketing
Own early-funnel metrics including lead volume, quality, conversion, and segmentation
Build dashboards for visibility into lead sources, progression, and bottlenecks
Build forward-looking forecasting and pipeline health reporting
Create internal tools, dashboards, and repeatable processes to improve effectiveness
Requirements
5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops within B2B SaaS
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
Experience supporting vertical SaaS or enterprise sales cycles
Demonstrated experience using AI and automation tools
Strong understanding of data governance, enrichment, segmentation, and CRM hygiene
Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate effectively with executives
