Role Overview
- Lead and manage a team of IT Operations Engineers and Devops Engineers.
- Solve challenges in our DevOps environment, cloud infrastructure, and network.
- Oversee and continuously improve daily and nightly batch job operations.
- Streamline tasks using a scheduler to boost efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of Linux experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Familiarity with best practices in IT infrastructure, networking and security.
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues.
- Strong understanding of batch processing systems and job scheduling.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and customers.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
