Role Overview
- Ensure prompt processing of customer orders
- Process, verify, and track orders
- Prepare quotes for standard products
- Respond to inquiries and provide technical advice
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files
- Work closely with various departments
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and sales representatives
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) completed or equivalent related experience
- Bilingualism (French/English) or intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data entry and/or customer service
- Ability to work in a computer-based environment
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (primarily Excel)
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles (an asset).
