Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
Assist in the execution of digital and integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, paid media, social, video, etc.).
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time launches.
Support asset trafficking, QA, and deployment in marketing platforms and tools.
Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and status updates.
Coordinate with agencies on asset development, revisions, and delivery against campaign requirements.
Coordinate with digital and media partners to ensure accurate setup and timely activation of all campaign assets.
Compile and maintain campaign and video performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign and content performance.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, campaign management, or marketing operations role.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience managing or supporting video, content, or customer storytelling initiatives a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to improve marketing performance.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
