Role Overview
- Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work of the assigned business unit.
- Develop and implement execution plans to maximize overall business objectives.
- Manage the Services team to maintain and enforce the company's Core Values.
- Communicate with Corporate Operations to identify and manage overall Best Practices.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience.
- Experience in outside sales and new business development.
- Ability to manage profit and losses.
