Provide guidance and direction to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, disability management, and interpretation of company policies
Actively participate in the resolution of conflicts, complaints or problems
Ensure consistent understanding and delivery of HR policies and programs within the assigned client group
Support the acquisition and integration process within the assigned client group
Lead or participate in the review of current human resources management programs and practices
Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferred
CPHR is required (or in progress)
Experience in developing and delivering HR training programs to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment
Knowledge of Employment Legislation
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Creative, flexible and have a business-oriented outlook
Experience working with geographically dispersed team members, management and stakeholders
