About this role
Role Overview
Identify aircraft owners aligned with Silver Air’s management model.
Research tail numbers, ownership entities, operating patterns, and management history.
Target Part 91 operators suitable for Part 135 conversion.
Build contact networks through brokers, OEM reps, attorneys, CPAs, and family offices.
Maintain disciplined outbound cadence (email, phone, LinkedIn, industry events).
Maintain accurate lead tracking in HubSpot.
Track “Zones” progression (Prospect → Discovery → Proposal → Contract).
Report weekly pipeline value and meeting metrics.
Qualify prospects before President/CEO engagement.
Monitor competitor management companies.
Requirements
3–7+ years in aircraft sales, aircraft management, or aircraft business development.
Understanding of Part 91 and Part 135 operations preferred.
Strong outbound sales discipline.
Comfortable engaging UHNW individuals and intermediaries.
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Strong research capability and attention to detail.
Professional executive presence.
