Role Overview
- Manage relationships between RCM Customers and the RCM Operations Teams
- Train customers on RCM processes
- Monitor customer’s business performance
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Onboard new customers to RCM
- Manage email communication and Salesforce cases
- Perform Monthly Business Analysis around RCM related performance
- Attend internal Operations meetings
- Keep RCM Enabled Payer List Updated Monthly
- Provide leadership and motivation
- Assist Customers and RCM Operations with End of Month Processes
- Collaborate with worldwide resources for information sharing.
- Act as a liaison between all Brightree departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Brightree software and/or DME Billing Experience
- Salesforce
- Smartsheet
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Computer literate and proficient in using MS office programs
- Analytical Thinker
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- An effective communicator with strong oral, written, and persuasive skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
