Develop and execute a plan to 10x our user base with clear milestones and accountability
Identify, test, and scale new user acquisition channels beyond organic and email (paid social, referrals, partnerships, content, community, influencer seeding, ASO, and anything else that works)
Partner with product and engineering to optimize the journey from download to first campaign participation
Build systems (notifications, lifecycle messaging, product loops) that keep users coming back and participating in campaigns
Ensure growth is balanced across both sides of the marketplace — more influencers AND more brand campaigns
Build a culture of rapid testing and learning with the infrastructure and cadence for continuous iteration
Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and use data to prioritize ruthlessly
Requirements
Have 5+ years of experience in growth roles at consumer or marketplace startups, ideally through a period of significant scaling
Have actually grown something — you can point to specific numbers you moved and explain how you did it
Are comfortable across the full stack of growth: product experimentation, channel strategy, lifecycle marketing, and data analysis
Can work directly with engineers and designers — you can write a solid product spec, interpret analytics, and have strong opinions about UX
Have experience with two-sided marketplaces or platforms (influencer, creator economy, or gig economy experience is a plus)
Are scrappy and hands-on — you'll personally run the first version of most things before building a team around what works
Think in systems and loops, not just campaigns — you're looking for compounding growth, not one-off wins
Are comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment
