Define and own a comprehensive strategy that drives member utilization of Leap’s service
Identify and incorporate key levers impacting member growth, that includes member marketing and goes beyond
Ideate outreach tactics that effectively reach, educate, and activate eligible members
Ensure a cohesive and compelling member journey wherein all member touchpoints work to deliver a seamless experience
Own Execution and Optimization
Design and implement member-facing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and utilization of Leap’s service
Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Sales, Client Success, Clinical Ops) to deliver against cross-functional initiatives that advance member growth and activation goals
Once a solid baseline is in place, continue to drive gains by deploying new growth tactics grounded in data and member insights
Lean heavily on experimentation to test the impact of key hypotheses
Measure and Track Progress
Define and implement a strong data foundation
including key metrics, reporting, and dashboards
to track performance and progress
Establish a measurement framework to link key initiatives with metric impact
Develop a deep understanding for key member growth and activation metrics, and use this to drive continual member experience improvements
Champion the Member Experience
Represent and advocate for Leap’s members, internally and externally
Identify opportunities to elevate the member experience and make Leap’s service more supportive, intuitive, and valuable to members
Be crisp and clear in member communications, so that members understand the value of engaging with Leap’s solution and are drawn to do so.
Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in consumer/member engagement, growth marketing, growth product, or similar roles
Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, digital health, or B2B2C business models strongly preferred
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actions
Strong experimentation grounding, with the ability to design tests, critically interpret data, and iterate quickly in response to results
Creative problem-solver who enjoys ideating new ways to engage and motivate consumers
Cross-functional collaborator with experience co-developing with clinical and technical teams
Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with full ownership of a function
Clear communicator who can explain the “why” behind decisions and drive alignment across teams
Motivated to improve consumer access to meaningful, high-impact therapies.
