About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers.
Leverage your network to accelerate pipeline development.
Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership.
Develop the sales playbook, ROI frameworks, and enablement tools for future scaling.
Partner with Marketing and Outbound to generate qualified demand.
Requirements
7–10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem.
Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals.
Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem.
Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders.
Comfortable with ambiguity and category creation; strong storytelling skills.
Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience.
