Requirements
2+ years building and scaling B2B growth engines (growth, performance marketing, revops, sales engineering, or equivalent), with clear ownership of results
Deep comfort with analytics and funnel diagnostics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, payback), plus the judgment to prioritize what matters
AI-native operator: you regularly implement automation and modern GTM tooling to multiply throughput and quality
Operational rigor: high standards on data integrity, process consistency, and cross-functional execution under tight timelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management across Product, Sales, Ops, and leadership; you can drive alignment without consensus paralysis
