About this role
Role Overview
Design and implement the sales infrastructure, including CRM selection, sales methodology, and compensation plans
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team from scratch
Actively manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise deals while simultaneously mentoring the growing team
Work closely with Product and Engineering to loop customer feedback into the roadmap
Own the revenue number, establish rigorous forecasting processes and reporting metrics
Requirements
7-10+ years of sales experience with a track record of scaling a B2B SaaS sales organization from $1M to $10M+ ARR
Experience selling complex, technical products (Security, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Infrastructure preferred)
Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder navigation
Experience building a sales org from the ground up (0 to 1)
Strong history of attracting top talent and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
