Oversee the execution of assigned campaigns across 30+ clients, managing budgets, timelines, and communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and keeping them informed through clear and concise communication
Facilitate smooth campaign launches, onboarding clients, reviewing materials, and collaborating with internal teams like ad ops and copywriters
Utilize project management tools to ensure on-time delivery, track deadlines, and proactively address potential challenges
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement bi-weekly adjustments to optimize results
Proactively find opportunities to generate additional revenue by identifying upsell potential and presenting to sales managers
Conduct mid-campaign audits to provide insightful reports and recommendations to the sales team
Generate insightful reports and presentations, presenting key findings to clients and internal teams
Maintain 85% yearly client retention and renewal rate
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

A minimum of two (2) years of agency experience, preferably in digital marketing
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data-driven problem solver with ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data
Proactive and organized, with a meticulous eye for detail and a can-do attitude
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, etc.) and Google Suite
Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is preferred
Strong writing and storytelling skills
