Requirements
5+ years of startup or founder experience building sales functions from scratch and a proven track record scaling revenue from $0–$10M+ ARR in 12 months or less.
Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguity and execute decisively, self-driven, highly motivated, and relentless in pursuit of outcomes.
5+ years of experience selling to Enterprise and Fortune 500, closing $1M+ ARR deals in 6 months or less.
High ownership, high autonomy mindset. Self-managed, self-motivated.
