Providing accurate and efficient administrative and sales support to advisors and internal teams
Acting as a key liaison between financial advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams
Managing, maintaining, and distributing sales concepts, tools, and presentations related to investment solutions
Supporting advisor engagement and development by onboarding advisors
Tracking and analyzing sales activities and results to provide relevant metrics, reports, and enhanced visibility
Producing customized lists of advisors, partners, and sales contacts
Requirements
Strong customer‑service orientation
Excellent organizational skills
High level of accuracy
Post‑secondary education in administration, finance, investments, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to use digital platforms such as Constant Contact or equivalent tools
Strong ability to prioritize effectively
Adapt to constant change and deliver precise work in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with sales tools, case‑management systems, and CRM platforms (e.g., EVO, Document Centre, My Clients, Business Tracker, WebArch, Workflow, FASAT / Salesforce, Microsoft Teams)
Experience in the insurance and/or investment industry, or in a support role related to these sectors is considered an asset
Hands‑on experience working with advisor networks and sales teams
