Provide comprehensive Human Resources leadership and support for all salaried and hourly employees
Translate HR strategy into effective execution at the site level
Support organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
Lead all core HR activities for the site, including employee development, employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, compensation administration, and compliance
Build the talent acquisition approach and establish community partnerships
Manage HR team members and coach, develop, and lead direct reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
Master’s Degree level preferred in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology field
PHR or SPHR through HRCI/SHRM certification strongly preferred
7+ years' HR Business Partner experience
Experience in an HR Generalist role in a production facility or distribution center environment preferred
Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and workers’ compensation.
