Requirements
B2B Strategy: 7+ years of experience driving measurable growth for B2B organizations, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Agility & Pace: Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple shifting priorities without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Client Collaboration: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to actively solicit, accept, and integrate client feedback into strategic pivots to ensure long-term partnership success.
7+ years of experience in strategic account management, digital marketing, or related roles, with proven success in SEO, AEO, HubSpot, and Paid Ads.
Expertise in the Google Marketing Platform, specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) for data tracking and performance analysis.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.
