Parts & Service Consultant

Role Overview

• Develop executive‑level presentations that inform and drive strategic dialogue during monthly business reviews
• Drive and sustain clear visibility to incremental services growth required to achieve 2030 targets
• Provide strategic oversight and governance of the end‑to‑end EP NSD project portfolio
• Design and lead recurring leadership portfolio reviews to drive alignment and prioritization of high‑value initiatives
• Establish and enhance standardized gateway templates and governance documentation
• Partner with Digital Analytics to develop and enhance dashboards that deliver clear visibility into portfolio performance

Requirements

• Working knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques
• Basic understanding and knowledge of consulting techniques, roles, and responsibilities
• Working knowledge and understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
• Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving problems
• Working knowledge of relationship management techniques
• Basic understanding and knowledge of strategic thinking and planning
