Supervise production processes and personnel in assigned field
Responsible for adherence to procedures, proper production, quality, maintenance, safety and schedules
Promote effective team member/Company relations to help improve customer service and Company profits
Oversee day-to-day production activities of plant products at economical cost
Create short-interval look-ahead production schedules
Promote all site initiatives including plant safety programs and lean initiatives
Assure adherence to Standard Operating Instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices
Manage available resources to ensure on time production and delivery of customer orders
Verify production data accurately recorded

Bachelor's Degree technical or business-related field required
Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment required
Must have effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
Moderate knowledge of computer programs and SPC applications
Able to comply with the company's safety policy at all times
Health Services\First Aid Certification Upon Hire preferred or Health Services\CPR
Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire preferred
