About this role
Role Overview
- Designs, implements, governs, and maintains the architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee the deployment, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances.
- Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert (SME), providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for our Azure cloud environment.
- Contribute to critical system integrations, including the use of automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in leadership roles with progressively increasing scopes of responsibility
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (client-side and server-side), Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices
- Recent experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or other major cloud service providers
