Assist with the development of marketing documents and other sales material, including but not limited to sell sheets, templates, presentations, and other marketing materials
Support with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing tasks such as event planning, social media, market research, video, and content marketing
Support marketing coordination of events, including liaising with internal teams and external vendors, managing registrations, developing and executing work back schedules, conducting post-event debriefs, while tracking budget
Support in the coordination of corporate sales and marketing memberships and associations, including list maintenance and quarterly touch points with key stakeholders
Assist with the management and tracking of the annual marketing budget to support promotional spending in line with the annual marketing plan
Support key projects related to Marketing Communications, including social media (paid and organic), email campaigns, internal announcements, collateral development etc.
Liaise with external vendors on key projects, as required

Requirements
Strong graphic design skills using industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A strong eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling across digital channels
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using tools such as Hootsuite or similar scheduling software
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative as an independent self-starter
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including content marketing and social media strategy
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
Experience supporting marketing projects involving budgets and resource planning
Previous experience in a similar marketing or communications role (considered a strong asset)
