Lead and support Eli’s scientific publishing efforts
Draft, edit, and prepare scientific documents for submission
Leverage AI and scientific research tools to support evidence synthesis
Support the end-to-end publication workflow
Work closely with Eli’s Medical Director and senior clinicians/scientists to ensure strong study design

You are comfortable reading and dissecting peer-reviewed literature and assessing study quality.
You can translate complex research into structured summaries and well-written scientific content.
You spot inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and methodological weaknesses quickly.
You understand study design fundamentals and think critically about bias, sample size, and validity.
You’re excited about advancing hormone health through credible, evidence-based innovation.
Nice to Have: Experience supporting clinical or product validation studies;
Nice to Have: Familiarity with hormone research, biomarkers, diagnostics, or digital health;
Nice to Have: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
