About this role
Role Overview
Anticipate the needs of the Assistant Auditor General and take proactive steps to ensure their success and productivity
Contribute creative ideas to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and add value to the administrative team
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn about our organization, its operations, and the audit process to provide effective support
Efficiently manage the Assistant Auditor General's calendar, coordinate appointments, and ensure seamless scheduling
Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring the Assistant Auditor General is well-prepared and informed
Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Resourceful and able to find solutions independently
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Provide project management support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum of four years progressively responsible related experience providing senior administrative support in a busy office setting
Related office administration certificate or diploma is preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
