Role Overview
- Lead a team of engineers in Site Reliability Engineering
- Balance feature delivery velocity with system stability
- Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Oversee the 24/7 on-call rotation with a focus on observability
- Architect automated remediation workflows to handle common failure modes
- Collaborate with FinOps to automate cost-optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
- 2+ years leading technical teams in high-availability environments
- Deep understanding of SRE principles
- Expertise in Terraform and GitOps workflows
- Proficiency in Python or Go
- Strong grasp of Azure-native monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent
- Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer preferred
