Propose the optimal architecture to meet clients' objectives by identifying their specific needs and advising the team on topics such as Cloud, HANA, Solution Manager, S/4HANA and migration strategies.
Ensure implementation and upgrades of SAP products, including HANA, S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, NetWeaver 7.x, BOBJ, BW/BI, PI/PO, BPC and ADS.
Help clients innovate by applying your expertise to meet their needs and improve satisfaction for their customers and employees.
Collaborate with colleagues from diverse areas of expertise to propose the best solution for clients, promoting a collaborative approach to develop innovative, tailored solutions.
Manage technical projects end-to-end, overseeing planning, execution and successful delivery.
Identify and implement effective strategies to successfully deliver projects, ensuring proactive management and efficient resolution of complex issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in SAP consulting.
Deep expertise in Solution Manager and experience with databases such as HANA, Sybase, MSSQL, Oracle and DB2.
Experience administering operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX and AIX (an asset).
Experience with other SAP products (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.) and knowledge of DevOps and Agile practices (an asset).
This role requires availability for a Level 2 support rotation (24/7).
Demonstrated autonomy, creativity, resourcefulness and strong analytical ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and resolve complex problems.
Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English to communicate with clients across North America.
