About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary owner of US market understanding for frexalimab.
Translate clinical data and emerging evidence into US-relevant value narratives for HCPs, patients, and payers.
Lead US-focused market research, insight generation, and forecasting efforts.
Design the US go-to-market strategy for frexalimab including positioning, segmentation, targeting hypotheses, and launch sequencing.
Define a clear US strategy for differentiation in a crowded market.
Partner closely with Market Access to inform early pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios.
Define launch readiness requirements across marketing, medical, access, sales, patient services, and operations.
Lead development of the US Brand Plan and US Launch Plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, scientific or clinical degree) preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in US commercial roles within biopharma, with significant marketing and launch experience.
Demonstrated success in pre-launch strategy development and/or leading major product launches in the US.
Strong understanding of the US healthcare environment, including payer dynamics, access considerations, and specialty care commercialization.
Proven ability to lead in highly ambiguous, matrixed environments, influencing without direct authority.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical capability, and ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with executive presence and credibility.
Patient-centric mindset with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
