About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee assembly and construction phase of racking and automated storage systems
- Manage on-site activities and personnel
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Conduct safety training and regulatory checks
- Monitor project progress and quality
- Provide reports to Management
- Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities
- Maintain project documentation and claims
Requirements
- Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance
- Ability to motivate/enforce QSHE standards
- Compliance with Lean and continuous improvements
- Project-specific safety plan adherence
- Understanding of OSHA or OHSA standards
- Experience in project execution
- Technical documentation/drawing adjustments
- Supervision of project execution
- Subcontractor management and support
- Site safety training and regulatory checks
- Risk management and issue escalation
- Communication with subcontractors/foremen
- Activity planning and reporting
- Project progress and quality monitoring
- Budget management and material receiving
- Equipment certification management
- Claim tracking and communication with Project Manager
- Technical knowledge sharing
- Participation in training and development
