Diagnose performance issues and strengthen game protection

Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, including wheel and spin analysis and risk indicators
Use advanced casino software to optimise floor performance and workforce planning
Oversee the Gaming Academy, lead national skills initiatives and provide training to strengthen capability, consistency and risk awareness across table gaming
Collaborate with venues, IT and external suppliers to enhance data flow, reporting and operational efficiency
Requirements
Previous Management experience within the Casino industry
Deep knowledge of table game operations, game protection and fraud prevention from a similar Casino background
Strong understanding of statistical principles behind gaming performance
Advanced Excel and confidence with complex datasets
Ability to travel extensively and work closely with UK venues
Strong communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills
A proactive, self‑driven approach to complex projects
