Senior People and Culture Business Partner

Role Overview

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership for people management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s vision.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen the company culture.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Provide support and guidance during organizational change.
• Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations issues.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Coach and mentor leaders to build their capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3+ years in a senior or strategic HRBP role.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent problem-solving, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other relevant HR software.
