Create top-level 3D submittal models and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor
Develop accurate bills of material (BOMs) and 2D manufacturing drawings
Provide CNC programming support by supplying accurate DXF files
Create, maintain, and process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating design enhancements
Design products using sheet metal fabrication processes
Ensure designs meet functional requirements and are manufacturable
Support cost estimating activities in collaboration with the Estimating team
Develop manufacturing process routings aligned with in-house production capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of sheet metal design experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience using Autodesk Inventor
Experience designing for manufacturability (DFM)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment
