Coordinate all warehouse and distribution activities carried out by external 3PL partners.
Ensure service quality by defining and monitoring relevant KPIs and target values and by initiating corrective actions when deviations occur.
Oversee daily logistics operations, with a focus on delivery times and delivery accuracy.
Establish clear and proactive communication channels to identify and resolve service risks early, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, HSE and other internal departments.
Lead, coach and develop the internal logistics team through clear objectives, performance monitoring and support for professional development, while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Supervise inventory control and ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouses under your responsibility.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Very good command of English and German.
Strong analytical skills with solid experience in KPI management and performance reporting.
Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally SAP.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills, both internal and external.
