Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions
Hold data collection and verify data integrity
Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope
Help prepare critical financial data and insights for business strategies and decisions
Lead projects to improve efficiencies and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
Coordinate the post-evaluation process for new product launches
Support Marketing with BDM presentations and framing the story

5+ years working experience in Finance, Category and FP&A knowledge preferred
Understanding of PnL structure and variance analysis
Strong analytical, critical thinking, listening and communication skills
Presentation skills
Problem solving, multi-tasking skills and influencing skills with different departments
Self-motivated, proactive, organized
Very strong excel skills
Adaptability – responds resourcefully to new demands and challenges
Operating effectively in a changing environment and using initiative and personal resourcefulness
Collaborative approach
Coaching skills for other members of the team
Working knowledge of Finance systems (FIT, BI) and advanced user of MS excel
Fluent English skills.
