About this role

Lead Quality activities to enable successful execution of the business objectives
Ensure compliance with Mondelēz policies and procedures
Develop and report quality KPIs
Facilitate communities of practice on quality related topics
Represent the quality function at commercial meetings
Identify quality enhancements and improvements across the supply chain
Ensure completion of plant investigations and root-cause analysis
Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality and food safety programs

Relevant experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D
Strong manufacturing quality experience
Project management with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize work
Understanding of the commercialization process, product/package development, food safety, and sanitation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, coaching/training, and leading cross-functional teams
Statistical processes and problem-solving techniques
Experience working with manufacturing sites to ensure compliance to Mondelēz International’s policies and procedures
