Preparation and follow-up of medical consultations in the university outpatient clinic for integrative health care and prevention
Preparation of patient consultations
Development of individualized patient pathways together with the medical team
Clinical assistance during examinations and minor outpatient procedures, and independently performing blood pressure and pulse measurements, SCORE and skin prick tests, lung function tests, spiroergometry and other diagnostics as instructed by physicians
Independent and complete documentation of medical consultations
Ensuring uninterrupted patient care with regard to patient safety
Cross-departmental collaboration with the study center at the Institute for Environmental Medicine and Integrative Health as well as with functional units across University Hospital Augsburg
Support in the development and establishment of a quality management system in the university outpatient clinic for environmental medicine
Independent coding and billing of patient records
Support and coordination of study visits for the longitudinal ProRaD study
Requirements
Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) with relevant further qualifications, or a comparable qualification in the healthcare sector
Several years of professional experience in patient contact and healthcare administration
Additional training in dermatology, allergology or pulmonology (desirable)
Ideally, experience with the ORBIS hospital information system
Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, Outlook)
Strong sense of responsibility: patient well-being comes first
Structured, team-oriented and conscientious working style
High motivation, willingness to learn and strong initiative
Excellent written and spoken German; good written and spoken English
