Role Overview
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitments
- Own and drive the recruitment process from start to finish
- Source candidates and build diverse candidate pipelines
- Manage candidate communication for a great experience
- Take ownership of OKRs and deliver on talent acquisition projects
- Set an example in developing a strong culture within the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with end to end recruitment within Tech & Product
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with tools, data and AI to enhance hiring processes
- Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
- Experience in employer branding initiatives
